Efton Decker
Bro. Efton was saved by grace when he was 10 years old. He has been a deacon at several churches in the past and has been a deacon at Oak Grove Church for 13 years. Through the years he has served as song leader, youth leader-teacher, bus driver and any other area that needed him. He is a faithful and dedicated servant of the Lord.
Doug Hamby
Bro. Doug is a new deacon of Oak Grove Church. He is married to Lori and they have two boys, Jake and Luke. They have really been an asset to our church and we love and appreciate them very much.
Wayne Howard
Bro. Wayne has been a part of Oak Grove Church for 60 years. He was saved on July 25, 1949 when the "church" was a simple brush harbor. Bro. Wayne became a deacon of the church in 1957. Through the years he has served in many areas including being song leader and the secretary/treasurer for many years. He has a servant's heart and loves the Lord above all else.
Dale Lavender
Bro. Dale is a new deacon at Oak Grove. Bro. Dale is married to Karen and they have 1 daughter named Kristen. He and his family are such a blessing to our church and we love and appreciate them.
Bill Nance
Bro. Bill has been saved for 57 years and has been a deacon at Oak Grove for 32 years. Bro. Bill has served in the church as a Sunday School teacher for over 20 years. Bro. Bill is involved with the Nursing Home ministry and is always willing to help where needed.
Ernest Stringfield
Bro. Ernie has been saved for 57 years and has been a deacon for 41 years. He has been a member and deacon of Oak Grove for 30 years. Bro. Ernie has served in many areas of the church including youth leader, adult Sunday school teacher and superintendent. He is a willing servant wherever he is needed.
Ricky Taylor
Bro. Ricky has been saved since he was 7 years old. He has been a member of Oak Grove Church for 25 years. He has been a deacon of the church since Feb. 2003. Ricky serves in many areas in the church including Song Leader, Sunday School Teacher and Youth Leader.
